    Elections 2025: voting open in Elected Trustee ballot

    Voting is now open in the ballot to choose an Elected Trustee to join our Board of Trustees and play a key role in shaping the future of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Following the recent call for nominations for this year's BPS elections, six candidates have put themselves forward for the Elected Trustee role. Each BPS member will have one vote only, and voting will close at noon on 16 July 2025.

This webinar will provide an overview of the BPS Code of Human Research Ethics (CHRE) and its development over the years. The four key Principles will be examined and linked to philosophical perspectives. Each section of the CHRE will then be discussed, with the use of examples to show how the Principles can be applied in practice. Finally, some dilemmas faced by psychologists working in challenging contexts will be explored and solutions offered.This webinar is available in English only.
