This workshop is designed for practitioner psychologists and members of the wider psychological workforce involved in providing supervision.

Dr Anita Soni CPsychol
Anita has a long-held interest in supervision. She is on the Register of Applied Psychologist Supervisors and has contributed to national documents such as the BPS Supervision guidance for psychologists (2024) and DECP Professional supervision resources for educational psychologists (2024).
Anita has over 20 years experience in delivering training in a range of areas and works hard to ensure it is interesting, meets the needs of the participants and builds confidence. Anita has delivered training to several Educational Psychology Services supporting them to develop their supervision offer to staff within the service as well as other professionals. This covers issues including contracting effectively for supervision, psychological safety in supervision and creative approaches to supervision.
