What will this episode cover?

This talk brings psychology out of the lecture theatre and into the real world of advertising and communications. Through live campaign examples, it shows how insights from data, memory, emotion, and behavioural science are applied to influence what people notice, feel, and ultimately do. It offers a practical perspective on how psychology turns messages into action.
