On-demand webinar details

The webinar will provide an interactive introduction to supervising neuro-divergent individuals.  It will help supervisors better understand and consider how they can support supervisees who are neuro-divergent.

Neurodiversity refers to the different ways in which brains process and interpret information. It is estimated that around 15-20% of people in the UK are neuro-divergent, which can bring strengths to the workplace including creativity, specialised skills, different approaches to problem solving.  In order to support neurodiverse individuals supervisors need to develop skills to work with these individuals, rather than taking a one size fits all to supervision
